For those who have facial hair (moustaches, beards). Isn't it irritating, doesn't it get itchy all the time?

No, it's not itchy at all. I've grown a seasonal beard (from October through March every year) for over 20 years, and I haven't shaved my beard off for over 3 years now. The only time it's itchy is during about the second and third week when you're first growing it and the stubble pokes at your skin and causes itchiness. But beyond roughly week 3-4 it gets long enough that it no longer does that and it isn't itchy at all. Get past that two week period of itchiness and it's just fine. But it all depends on how fast a given person's facial hair grows.

And no, I have never had an issue with food getting stuck in my beard, or leaving residue, etc. For me, that only happens if I let the moustache part grow longer than normal, but I always keep it trimmed, so I never have that issue.

As long as you take care of it, it isn't troublesome at all. I comb it, put oil in it, and trim it when needed. The itchiness was only a problem when I first started growing it in 2009. I've kept a beard ever since then. Learned about oils and beard balm a while after which helped a lot.

As for food getting caught in it, haven't had that happen often. It sometimes happens with sauces from a huge burger or something like that. But you just wash it immediately.

I usually shave mine because it is irritating but since I was forced to grow it out, at some point it stop being irritating. It's weird. I guess because the hairs are longer they aren't poking my face.

I keep mine short. If I leave it for more than a week, it starts to get itchy, sticky and uncomfortable. I use an electric razor and it grows back really quick. It grows a lot when I sleep.

Not at all, I find being clean shaved to be itchy and uncomfortable actually.
And yeah you get food in there sometimes, just wipe it clean

It’s not irritating at all and before I got a mustache and a beard I looked like a little p****. Food doesn’t get stuck in my beard or mustache
