Every man has his preference. That being said for me it's head only. I got my balls lasered and shave my chest. Skin to skin contact w a woman feels so much more intimate than skin to hair.

Firstly, its her choice. Secondly, if its my woman, i understand being spotless is a lot of work so i can expect hair to be there and its natural so i don't see any reason to be weirded out by it
