Better with clothes, especially if I can pick what clothes they wear. You can tighten everything up, choose color that is perfect for their skin tone and body, patterns that are flattering, etc. There is no way to beat that. Human body just isn't that good.

But if you mean just hot, and not better artistically, definitely I prefer a woman naked in my bed over one fully clothed.

Depends on how attractive I think they are without clothes, and either way most of the time I think they'd look better with at least something on. Maybe something skimpy if nothing else.

No one looks good without clothes. A person should have shame and modesty. Modesty increases the beauty of a person.
