How to start dressing like this for cheap?

I want to look elegant and classy. Although everything is just so expensive.

I'm tired of crop tops, plain tops, jeans and leggings. It just doesn't do justice.

I want my style to look like these photos, but don't know where to look or even find reasonable price options. Help?

Outlet stores, Designer resale like posh mark people will sometimes accept some crazy offers sometimes and if it’s not authentic returns are easy. European high street fashion like Zara. Avoid buying the really Chinese stuff like shein unless you are shopping their some of their motf collection maybe because this style in cheap fabrics and poor construction will look really bad. Never wear cheap shoes it will ruin the look and quality heels are so much more comfortable.

Get the coats (forgot the name) on those sites. Mix and match from stores that's how I shop

Thrift stores. Second hand is your best bet to get clothes for cheap.

Thrift shop. Just get a pair of nice looking pants or shorts skirt etc. And some leotards
