When U wear a skirt & U have to go to the bathroom I wonder what's the right way Do U pull it down like pants or do you lift it up like a dress?

Just lift it up. For long skirts that can be different but otherwise the same as with dresses.

If it don't have a fly n ur standing, just pull it up. But if u gonna sit then pull it down w/ ur underwear. That's easiest.
