What would be a good beard oil for my boyfriend?

My boyfriend got a sample of beard oil that is made by the brand Joy. It is called "Outdoors." It smells minty, but does fade after a bit. Guys, is there another beard oil you would recommend? Ladies, is there one that you like on your guy? Thanks.

I wear beard oils weekly. The women around me always love it.

Some good brands, with lots of scents, are:

Mountain Barber Company (many scents)

Reuzel

Percy Nobleman

And a lot of fairs and gift shops have this kind of thing. I used a few from random fairs made by craftspeople. Always good quality.

I have never used a beard oil, doesn’t even sound good. What is it suppose to do?
