Brazilian model/actress Pia Nascimento was rather attractive. Sadly, she was stabbed to death in 2010. I don't know how old she would be today, but I estimate 77 because she was 64 when she was killed. That would make her be born around 1946 so she'd have been 26ish in that photo which is a still from the 1972 movie "Roleta Russa".

She was Miss April 1976 in the Brazilian version of Playboy Magazine.
