Wear a sweatshirt on a date?

Hello, I'm going on my fourth date with a new boyfriend today. We are supposed to go for a walk in the park and then to his house, but today is quite cold. I want to take a blue jeans, black t-shirt with cleavage, blue/black zip sweatshirt (shows cleavage) and black vans shoes. Would this be an attractive outfit for walk in park?

Wear what you want or wear what you are most comfortable in. It’s 95 degrees Fahrenheit here with high humidity so if you & I went on a date I would think you are nuts wearing something like that.

sure, but if it isn't warm enough if you are freezing that will pretty much spoil the look, and you will look like you chose style over function, or you don't know how to dress for the great outdoors.
Layers are the best.

I don't think it will matter much, if you wear a pair of sandals or open toed shoes -- just use your feet to knock him out.
