Which conditioner should be used for keratin done hair where I don't have to wait for 30 mins?

Hello everyone , it's been 8 months I did keratin smoothing treatment on my hair. Before that my hair was naturally wavy and frizzy. Now my original hair has started to grow back. But I don't want to use the keratin conditioner coz I have to wait 30 mins after putting it on my hair and I'm getting bored doing that.

It take 1.5 hrs for me to take shower and I really get tired after bathing ( I know it sounds funny) 😂 😂 So my question is, is there any good conditioner I can use for my hair type such that it will be easy for me to both comb my hair after bathing and I don't have to wait for so long? Please suggest.

go into a high-end salon they can give you a treatment and will also have some good fast-acting conditioners you can take home

Unfortunately there's no quick remedy.. only wash it once or twice a week..
My hair are frizzy and its annoys me to hell..

I wash it only once a week in the fear of treatment fading out. But I have a long hair and when I work out the sweat disgusts me so I want to wash it thrice a week but I'm too lazy to wait for like 30 mins😅😅.
