What is your go to type a bra for every day?

Just your ordinary bra. I have both underwire and without underwire. I prefer without. They are more comfortable without and just feels more a part of my body. I also wear sports bras when working out and even sometimes just because the are great support. My most hated type but I do have to wear them on the rare occasion are straoless. I try to avoid those if I can but sometimes I just have to. They always feel like they are falling down and I'm constantly pulling them up.

Tshirt bra or sports bra are what I wear the most. I wear push up bras sometimes but not as often
