personally prefer liquid liner but if you're struggling to do yours try very fine point pen liner. you can be highly precise with it. use to be my go to when i started wearing eyeliner

Are your eyes hooded?

Yes but only slightly.

I’d try kvd tattoo liner. The waterproof one. There’s hella tutorials for hooded eyes that actually work very well. Mine are super hooded.

I prefer pencil eyeliner over liquid liner as is not as messy in my opinion. I'm currently wearing MAC and Makeup by Mario.
