Your hair color now looks good. If you're definitely going to change it, you shouldn't make a drastic change. Maybe just subtly lighter.

I really like your color, and I don't know if a big change is something you are looking for.
Two options I'd consider,
One is actually making it as dark as you can, I think it would suit you
Second, maybe doing some pink or blue highlights, it would be cute
