No, not receding per se. Your profile is really pretty nice. If you were to contact a plastic surgeon and ask him to 'profile' your profile, he would probably say he could "possibly' add a bit more 'projection to your lower face, by doing a very minor 'chin implant, which I had done when near your age.
Over all, I think you have a nice face and were I you..."if it ain't broke, don't fix it"

  @736_switch_blade You could do that, and the chin implant will give your more "projection" to your lower face... not really expensive nor painful, but friend and acquaintances did notice the difference.

That's for braces to fix, if it is even something that needs "fixing" (doesn't look that way). Don't let some "beauty" doctor talk you into something, they are salesmen!
