Girls, How much does the way a guy dresses affect his appearance?

I just don’t have a sense of style jeans and a graphic tee are my go to and sometimes I will wear the same shirt two days in a row but I’ll wash it first

Definitely can make a difference, though how much depends on the viewer. (aka some girls love a well-dressed guy and some couldn't care less.) Though men's clothing is way less diverse than women's (at least in the modern west, I don't know about other places/historically), there's still stuff you can do to change/improve your image.

1. Consider your body type: Narrow shoulders? You might use a bulkier jacket as an outer layer to make your chest seem wider. Short frame? Stick to smaller prints because larger prints tend to swallow a person us.

2. Style: What are you even going for? What style (s) do you want to have or do you admire? Might be time to do a little research. Some people want a clean, sophisticated aesthetic, some people just wanna look relaxed and comfortable.

3. Accessories: Yes, men can accessorize. Usually a watch or chain or maybe some rings. Very much a function of your personal style.

But honestly, lost of girls don't care too much about how dudes dress as long as they meet the bare minimum requirements: clean clothes, no holes, probably avoid cringy shirts (read anime titties, super political stuff, etc) unless that's just your thing (I'm not about to tell you who to be and you need people to accept you for who you are), proper fit for all clothing items, hair cut on a semi-regular basis, facial hair managed). The bar is kinda low if I'm honest, so if you've got good hygiene and wear outfits that make you feel good about the way you look, then I think you're pretty solid.

Not that much of course there's fashion I prefer to others but dressing basic is ok too if you have a good face / physic clothes are not going to affect it that much (so long as it's a basic style and not some weird metal / punk style).

I haven't seen it so I can't say but general rule is if your face is ok clothing style won't affect much your attractiveness unless it's an alternative kind of style

Yeah many things about me are very basic with me being on the autism spectrum

Then it's not your appearance that would be the problem but more than likely the fact you're autist, it kinda feel like taking advantage if a girl date a guy who have some mental "difference"

So most people who see me can’t see my disability and in terms of girls not wanting to date these guys because they would feel it’s taking advantage are you aware that many of these men have high levels of intelligence

Actually you can see it at first glance, autistic people are often not very comfortable in public and it's very easy to spot, most girls like confident men and aren't much into shy one.

They do but they don't have much street smart neither go out a lot in general so they don't know much about the "real life" not always but a lot of time.
