Unless you have that body and that kind of neutral taupe color works with your skin, nay. You'll be fighting pulling the top of it up and pulling the bottom of it down, it's bulky in the wrong place and does nothing for the bust.

If I had no other choice, I'd cut it into a crop top right at the upper waist, add a pair of high-waisted, cropped linen trousers in cream and some strappy heels in a nude shade. Add a wide brimmed hat and a cute woven bag in a darker or lighter tone than the top. Wear your hair down and pull it forward in a beachy style. That takes it from "trying too hard" to sexy and classy. Just my perspective...

Just noticed the SHEIN watermark. Shein is an exploitative Chinese brand and abuses their workers to be able to sell cheap clothes, FYI. They steal ideas from high-end retailers and make it cheap and fast for the masses. And I guarantee that whatever they send you will not fit or look like that. I am not judging anyone shopping there, I get that clothes are expensive and sometimes we just want something trendy. I'm just passing the information along to take into consideration as you are shopping.

I could see someone rocking it depending on the context, but it looks like the type of dress that is likely to not fit/be suited to most people if you know what I mean (mostly looking a bodice structure, belt placement, etc) and I assume you're shopping online and can't try on ahead of time, so I'd personally be hesitant to buy. (Way too many clothes out there were pretty much only designed to look good on models in photos in my opinion)

Looks very empty at the top compared to the bottom, so the design feels like it lacks balance. The color is (subjectively) pretty ugly, and even in a photoshopped image on a model, it just looks like it fits a little odd... So I would not trust it to look any better in person. Overall, I give it a strong nay.
