Anyone good at fashion like customising clothes?

I want some advice/idea/help changing this t shirt I brought into something more sexy and funky for club wear. I've got an idea to either cut down middle to open it up. Or slash across front? Kinda like doing ripped jeans? Or... open to suggests! It's to go with a red skirt. I needed white as black isn't good colour to wear in clubs. I like to show off some cleavage!!
