Girls, what clothes look attractive on a guy for casual?

I feel like I dress like a slob sometimes. When I go out to run errands I usually wear just a plain t-shirt with nothing on it with a pair of blue jeans. Along with Vans shoes. I have a ton of polo shirts that I wear if I go out with friends. I’m blind when it comes to matching colors. Any advice is great.

As far as a hoodie I normally wear a full zip up black sweatshirt for the fall. It’s form fitting and lightweight. I usually wear colors like grey, blue, black, and tan sometimes. I have a red polo shirt I got for Christmas but I don’t wear it. I feel weird wearing red. I was thinking of going out and purchasing a light brown belt and a nice pair of brown dress shoes. I don’t own any of those yet.
