Running depends on the season

Summer - Shorts and a Sports Bra
Spring / Fall - Leggings and a long sleeve top
Winter - Warm Leggings and a couple of layers up top !!!

Does the location of your run ever factor into what you wear?

I am curious to learn. Sometimes some women don't like running in just a sports bra and shorts if other people are around. Are you ever bothered by this in certain locations?

When I'm home, I normally run along main roads in the area and shorts and a sports bra are just fine.

If I'm travelling, I try to find out what is acceptable / appropriate where I am. I'll ask at the hotel I'm staying at and/or simply take a cue from what the locals are wearing.

Boring but I probably have more cami tops than anything. If I don’t wear just that, it is the first layer under another top.
