Girls, Do you wear lipliner with your lipstick?

When I wear lipstick, I wear lipliner. I was watching a YouTube video where a lady was giving tips and was apply lipliner. She said that it was a matter of personal preference and that you could comment in the sections below etc. She specifically asked, "Are you a lipliner girl?" This spiked my curiosity. How many of you do are do not wear lipliners, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of each?

Nah. Usually don't need to because i can easily do it without lip liner. But some days... wish i could have that color i'm putting on because I sometimes notice my upper lip is bare. :c
