Where do you shop basic but cute form fitting tops?

I mean basic feminine both short and long sleeve v necks or scoop neck tops (no boat necks or simple crew necks) such as these this one for example:

This top for example is from Canadian shop called Garage, unfortunately they don't ship to EU :(

Everything else that I can find is cheap stuff from Shein or Amazon.

I don’t know which EU country you are in, but our German malls have enough fashion / clothing stores to keep girls busy for days. And generally, cloths you want to feel in your hands before you buy them.
