According to my BMI, I’m in the middle of my normal weight range. I would however like to reach the lower end of my normal range because I do feel overweight in the middle of the normal range.

there's no reason to "think" that. you eithe rare or you are not. there's objective figures you can use to calculate whether you're overweight or not. it's not rocket science and it's not subjective.
