Nope. No idea other than bra. Cos I dunno what a "10" is in those measurements and different brands of clothes are different anyways even if both labelled size 10. So for accurate measurements would need to tape measure. And meh men like me as I am. I'm not gonna be comparing myself to others sizes when height and weight also makes numbers not very meaningful.

Hmmm I know that I'm wearing 40, for pants, in US size. I did try a bra, once or twice, but they didn't fit, it looks like I was missing a good amount of flesh to fill them up. So I'm going braless in the streets since then, I heard some people find it gross, but I don't care

Just for a laugh I did the 4 measurements and came out as 94/87/94/106 all in cm bottom to top (h-w-c-s) so divide by 2.5 gives 37.6/34.8/37.6/42.4.

I can imagine. The material they're made of is probably an important element to comfort. I have motorcycle gear that has shaped areas of hard protective gear and apart from being a but warm at times, it's nice to have it shaping the body. I imagine a bra would be a bit restricting for breathing with the ribs though.
