This year feels different rather than simply better or worse. Each year brings its own mix of challenges, growth, and little joys. If you’ve learned more, felt a bit stronger, or discovered new sides of yourself, then this year is already an upgrade. Comparing too much with last year can steal focus from what you can still shape now.
