I wear them and just started wearing wigs every once in a while to be creative so I can wash and treat my hair more then when the hair is sewn in for month, but I do get really insecure when I start dating someone because I don't want them to feel I'm trying to be someone I'm not plus I get worried when they try to run their fingers through my hair. Also I normally date white guys so in my mind I'm like oh God please don't judge me I'm not bald I swear lol For the most part I only wear them in the summer to avoid over styling my hair from the humidity and heat, and when swimming since I have thick curly hair. Also me being of color I have a harder time growing it out and using extension is the best way for me to speed up the process. I think if I lived on the west coast I wouldn't wear them as much since we get so much rain and humidity over here my hair always turns into this huge Afro lol

haha "fake insecure bitch" is a bit too harsh. Personally I prefer a woman have her natural hair. She doesn't need extensions for me to find her attractive. But having them wouldn't be a deal-breaker.

I find it funny how some guys are like, no I want natural beauty blah blah, yet the girls they've dated probably wore make up and eyelash and crap, those are" unnatural" too, so those should be a turn off as well right? And most guys don't care if a chick gets a boob job, but that's natural right? Haha what a joke.

No it is not a turn off. The main thing is how they look on you and that you like them. They can look trashy if they are not done right but for the most part they can look sexy on a girl.

Males tend to prefer natural...but (as a dinosaur) it is often not so much about the "fake" itself..as the feeling of deception...but..what does extensions do for you? Why would you want them?

I like it a lot! It's an attractive addition like a pretty bra or jewellery. I like short hair as well as long hair,so what's wrong with mixing it up.

I wear extensions for more fullness, and to be honest most people are shocked when I tell them I have them in because it looks so "natural" I think you should do what makes YOU happy and if a guy likes you he will look past your extensions.
