well this kind of shy girl that I always thought liked me put some new makeup on and has recently started talking to me more and seeming more confident while talking to me and approaching me...do you think she's trying to get me too notice cause she likes me?

Thats a hard one it could go either way. I'm always changing up my makeup just because I love makeup and I love trying new looks. I mean I don't wear a lot but I do change things up. I mean sometimes I do it to impress a guy but most of the time its just because I love switching it up a little and it usually has nothing to do with a guy but don't get me wrong, I have tried to impress a guy like that before. Just watch for more signs than just changing her appearance. Look for signs of nervousness. She could just want to get to know you as a friend but she most definitely could like you.

By your description, I would say yes that she likes you and is changing to get you to notice her. I think you should ask her to hang out with you and go to a movie and get to know each other better. Just ask her to come along.
