Questions: Flirting

I think it makes sense that guys would stop approaching/ flirting with girls with the way they are... If you keep trying something and getting grilled every single time... You eventually jus give up and think "fuck it, what's the point"
We get called creeps or pervs, or jus down right disrespected every time, unless we're 10/10 chads with perfect personality and 10/10 game,

So we jus gave upBut then at the same time I was watching a video from a girl the other day about how "men are weak" if they're too scared to approach, or that were feminine and not masculine if we're "Afraid of rejection." And woman should not have to do the approaching, I don't think it's that we're afraid of it.. it's that were almost guaranteed it... And if we can avoid a negative feeling.. we will... If the chances of success was 5/10 I think guys would approach more.. but since it isn't, I can't blame guys for not bothering to approach anymore

Ladies, if you saw a dude who was a stranger out in public sitting alone, would you be more curious about him if he were reading a book... or writing something, say, in a notebook?
