Okay so what does it mean when a girl stares at you, no smiling, no indication that she likes you, no hair playing, just staring at you whenever you're not looking.. I wanna say something but she's one of those actively religious church girls which I have no problem with.. Is just that I'm from Brooklyn and I'm sure im different from what she's used too..

Does she maybe have a crush or something? I'm absolutely clueless when it comes to stuff like this

It can be anything. Either she likes you or she has nothing else better to do and just found a random person to look at. In either case if she doesn't come by herself and tells you what's the deal you shouldn't bother yourself with her. Of course you can overcome your shyness and ask her first why she does that
