So have been like married for four years now, so me and wife we had a miss understanding with each other that resulted me slapping her , it has been four months after what happened. Now the issue is she saying our relationship died the day we fought, I don’t feel the same way I used to feel for you and they is no further between us. So some weeks back I sate her down to confirm if what she was saying True. now she “said that day I was saying it because of anger “ to my surprise she wants us to separate but she doesn’t want the marriage to end if I tell her about end the marriage she like who told you that I want this marriage to end. Now am stuck I don’t know what to do any more and we about to separate this month end.

Dawg, hitting your girl is never okay. No matter what happened between you, violence ain't the answer. I get you had a fight, but now y'all got trust issues and need to rebuild respect. Separating might be good to let things cool off, but definitely don't end it yet.

Sounds like she's conflicted - saying it's over in anger, but also not wanting divorce. My advice is use this time apart for some serious reflecting. Look at your part in how things fell apart, and commit to changing that. Let her know you understand your mistakes and will do better.

Counseling could also help work through stuff. Even if you separate, weekly calls to listen without arguing may help. Give it time - rushing to divorce ain't it either. With effort, you can fix this. But the ball's in your court to prove you're serious about winning her back the right way.

from my experience that can help emotionally, i mean live in separate homes just for a month without fights and see if you feel like moving back together or not.
