Whether it’s staged or not yes a lot of them do. She’s keeping it on the side as her security blanket if he leaves her or she leaves him. The difference w men and women is that men almost always share their resources. Women usually don’t. Ever heard someone say her money is her money, my money is our money. That’s how a lot of women think. Even when a girl is a “boss bitch” making six figures she still wants that man to be on the same level as him or make more. She can’t be the provider, she still expects him to be. Even though financially they’re secure w her income she’s more than likely not going to use her income to take care of them even if he works a job where he makes $40-50,000 a year. She wants him to still provide most of the time.
