Questions: Flirting

I first picked up a GrubHub order at this restaurant and that's where I saw her and talked to her for a few minutes then I got my order and left. The very next order I got was for the exact same place. So I wrote my number and planned on giving to this woman. So when I get there I don't see her and I have to ask to speak to the manager. So the person gets this woman and I give her my number. Now was this effective and bold or what. Or did they come off as an idiot the embarrassed her. I did fail to mention there was a small audience. So do you think she'll respond?

I'm pretty sure most of you have, especially the girls. I'm not judging though. I've done this too, and I think it's only natural to try to move up if you have an opportunity. It doesn't have to be something like letting a guy buy you a house. It could be like letting him/her buy you dinner, getting attention/compliments, getting help on a homework assignment, etc. Do I think someone can take it too far? Absolutely. Please do speak about your experiences.

I know someone could be doing this out of the goodness of their heart but let's be real, most of the scenarios where someone is helping someone attractive, it's because of something to gain, but usually the person who is getting the help first is the winner because that's guaranteed and the other party just has a hope or expectation. And usually the attractive person is well aware of this although many people don't like to admit it. This question is actually asking about situations where you're well aware by the way.
