Do Scottish men like Latin American women?

So my sister recently met this Scottish guy. She says she likes him but she’s unsure if he would like her. I asked her “why wouldn’t he?” So she throws me this weird answer -“I don’t think Scottish guys like Latin women, I think he would judge the color of my skin”…to that answer I was perplexed…I told her to give her self the chance to know him but she is too afraid he would reject her for being Latina. Seriously!! So any Scottish guys out there, how right is my sister about this?
