I personally don't like to be hit on at the gym.

I am there to work on my fitness not to make friends or form relationships. But that's just me.

Everyone goes to the gym for different reasons. Some people enjoy people watching and others hope to make friends.

But I think it would be better to just approach at the gym then to get her social media. I would be creeped out if a guy at my gym got my Instagram and suddenly started messaging me.

But if you approached in person it would be less creepy and you would get a quicker response.

Just make sure you don't approach when she's busy. Wait until she has a free moment and gauge her attitude and body language before making a move.

It's either or to me. Because I know what approaching is like. And I'm afraid of rejection. So, I wouldn't mind at all if they found my social media or spoke to me at the gym. However, social media might be best because I'm a tad bit shy to eye candy.☺️
