Do you like her back and did she tell you she likes you? She could be trying to suss out if you have feelings for her before she attempts anything. When she speaks to you about it, do you encourage her, or shut the conversation down?

I find her cute too but I know she’s a big flirt. It’s the moments when she gives me the eyes that are subtle but I still catch them and it’s become a bit of a game. Some guys go for her moved, but I tend to pull back to see if she’ll chase me a bit.

If she's playing games, you're right to not engage too much about it. She'll need to make some proper effort if she wants anything more with you. I think you're doing the right thing, unless you want to start dating her, then you'll need to initiate something more

Dare her to make a move on the guy she finds cute and ask him out. Talking is just words, there isn't a point if you are just going to talk. Time ticks away.

Exactly. She talks about how good looking he is, and I go with it for a moment to see where she takes it then I switch the subject
