I love curry dishes, but in my experience there just isn't much of a difference between Indian, Thai, Chinese, and Japanese curry. Curry is curry. It's just a good dish, no matter where it's from. The same can be said of a lot of noodle and broth dishes that are made in both Japan and China.

Italian is good, but I've been eating it all my life, so it's about as "exotic" to me as a cheeseburger and fries. So Indian/Thai/Japanese/Chinese sure as hell beats it.

Never had French or Swiss cuisine (at least to my knowledge).

I actually like all of those cuisines I voted for Italian but I probably make Italian, Chinese & Thai the most and fairly equally although some Italian dishes are do quick and easy to make I probably make them slightly more.

Love sushi and one can eat a lot of sushi without getting fat. Can't say the same for pasta. It tastes so good it feels like a cheat, but it is protein packed.

As a vegetarian, I prefer Indian, Italian and Chinese cuisine.
I also like Japanese, Mexican, Korean and some other cuisines.
I've never tried Swiss cuisine yet, but I'd like to, if they have vegetarian versions of their food.
