I don't drink any form of alcohol

For a drink that I can drink at pretty at any time, then nothing really beats a good Gin and Tonic.

other times it greatly depends on my mood, time of day, season etc.

while I love relaxing with a lovely Islay whiskey, it’s mainly evenings.

Wine (red) is just something that we have.

Beers tend to be predominantly summer and warm weather stuff.

@EmmaMary well I am ex RAF….

I tend to do the links of Hendricks and Fever Tree.

I also used to go to the Jekyll and Hyde in Birmingham when lived near there (great Gin bar but I think it’s closed now).

Also I had a large supply of Rhubarb and Ginger Gin over the new year

We've been in the Jekyll and Hyde many times, and what a fabulous fun place it was.

Very sadly indeed you are absolutely correct in saying it's closed down, and only last August it was announced that it will Never Reopen.

In the evenings I'm a bourbon man, but on a hot Florida day (which is most of them) and while relaxing at the pool, there is nothing as refreshing as a gin and tonic.
