What's your favourite roast to have?

If you had to pick out of Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken. Which one would you pick?

Lamb

Beef

Chicken

Pork

I'd chose lamb, especially if my great grandmother were still alive to prepare it!

As far as what I cook for myself- pork roast or roasted chicken are my go-to meals.

My diet has evolved so that I now seldom eat beef.

I love all of them but beef. I love a good steak or burger about the most
