I can't go without my KFC. I am sad that I can't get grilled chicken here in the states though. I really miss that and it was actually healthy. The chicken is so good so I'll take it fried if I have to.

I’ve always wanted to start a healthy kitchen program for people who can’t cook for themselves. My mum had meals delivered for lunches. It seems when you can’t or those who can’t afford end up with dangerous diets. That isn’t fair, even if people enjoy it more options should be available.

Sorry to butt in to the conversation, but you could pretty much just eat take out all the time and stay healthy. I also pretty much do this, but I mix it up with Thai, Chinese, Mexican and other stuff so it isn't just KFC and McDonald's all the time.

McDonalds based on how many times I have been disappointed by their food. So many times there was clumps of fat and gristle in their nuggets. I only like their fries and hash browns.

Either or both would be fine with me. I eat at McDonald's maybe once or twice a year, when I forget how bad it makes me feel. KFC I've eaten at maybe twice in the last 15 years.
