The slice has to be thin enough, yet strong enough, to hold up to that. If you're in the NYC area, most neighborhood pizza places make their pies that way, so I've found. Where I live now in the south, they don't know what the fuck they're doing when it comes to pizza, so you can't do that here. LOL

When it comes to pizza I love pizza & yes I do fold my pizza slices.

I only do it to dip it in the side sauces they give. or if it has a lot of toppings and they are falling off.
