It depends on my mood. But I went with chocolate therapy. Dublin mudslide sounds interesting.

There is a really good independent ice cream maker in the town near me. They have a large ice cream and candy shop with a wide variety of ice cream flavors. They also have large booths and small carts at events. At events, I usually get a milk chocolate covered Irish Cream popsicle. Yum!
