I like waffles a tad bit better. Maybe 55% to 45% but I always make pancakes because waffles are so much more involved to prepare. We have waffles maybe one every year or two.

While pancakes are fluffy, soft, and airy, waffles have crispy, golden-brown edges and chewy centers. It's hard to choose.

I make the best waffles so i go with that.
