It depends on the cut and how it's prepared.

One of my favorite things in the whole world is Korean dwaeji bulgogi (spicy, marinated, thinly sliced pork cooked on a grill at your table).
BBQ baby back ribs? OMG!
BBQ pulled pork.
Pork chops can be great, and also ham. And who doesn't love bacon?

Freshly roasted chicken is delicious. I like the thighs and drum sticks. Chicken breast sandwiches are great. And buffalo wings are excellent.

Grilled ribeye, T-bone, filet mignon. Yum!

In terms taste pork, but good pork is difficult to get hold of in the UK for some reason, other then that it is chicken, you can do so much with it and it is cheaper and plentiful. How come lamb was not listed
