What country are you in? I've never heard of any of those ever.
Supermarkets I've experienced are:
Kroger, Winn-Dixie, Myers, A&P, Aldis, Publix, Food Lion, Walmart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, The Fresh Market, IGA.

Not sure which (if any) UK grocery store chains have USA operations under another name, so I can't say.
