A Gin and Tonic tends to fit any occasion, after that it would be a nice whisky or rum. At moment alcohol is not really on my mind or what is left of it.

I picked wine for the poll. But I like daiquiris, pina colodas, margaritas, sangeria and wine slushies.

How about mead? Since I discovered it, I can't really find any alcoholic beverage that comes even close to dethroning it (though a particular sake I had the opportunity to taste might come close second - but I'm not yet sure whether it's a general rule for sake or just my lucky shot at this point).

I don't drink booze but I've had a few shots of Schnapps. None of them were bad but root beer was the best, especially if an ice cube is put into it.
