In my opinion, Buffalo wings in particular are at their best reheated….. and hear me out on this.

They start out wet, but you reheat them in the oven at like 450, just for 4 or 5 minutes. You end up with a dryer, lightly crisped wing with all the hot sauce baked in. A lot cleaner to eat too, haha. I love them that way, especially boneless wings.

Now that I think of it, just because I’m not making the original wings themselves…I guess theoretically you could even just fry them like a minute short of done, toss them in the sauce, then finish them at high heat in the oven🤔

Definitely grilled and boneless. I love honey mustard, hawaiian/pineapple BBQ, sweet & smokey BBQ sauce with mine. Cauliflower wings are also delicious too!

I haven't got my angel wings yet! 😇 But seriously, I voted grilled by the slimmest of margins, but grilled, "wet" and crispy are all pretty much 1a, 1b and 1c.

Buffalo wings are my absolute favorite so I went with "wet". I'm addicted to buffalo sauce. Baked/dry is actually my second favorite. I've never been a huge fan of fried chicken.
