Bro. It looks like you just boiled pasta and did…what? Added some really diced tomatoes? I guess it is “healthy” in the sense you don’t have some heavy cream sauce on it but it looks like you got nothing at all. You should have told us what ingredients you used. If you said oil, basil, maybe something acidic like balsamic maybe I give you a pass but that looks dreadful. It looks like you forget like a whole other part…sauce. Let that one die unless you really like it. I’m guessing if you didn’t use oil you used butter which is a sin for pasta.

I keep it simple. I mixed tomatoes in there with red peppers put its at the bottom of that bowl. I also added dry oregano leaves as a spice with white distilled vinegar. Looks are deceiving. It turned out really good.

That pasta salad i the pic looks kind of bland. It doesn't have much in it.

i like pasta salad, but there's something in the fusilli that tastes bad. it tastes like pencil shavings. to me it reminds me of parsley or a similar spice boiled. some spices aren't meant to be cooked.

i haven't cooked this dish lately because i'm on the paleo, but i'd bet that if you added those spices at the end it wouldn't be a bad dish. or just add mayo. that would revive the taste.
