Cottage cheese vs. sour cream, what's your favorite and why?

I eat a lot of cottage cheese, and put sour cream on baked potatoes, Mexican food.
they are 2 different things.
If prepared right cottage cheese is tasty. I love Indian recipes with it like paneer tikka.
Cottage cheese and sour cream, both have their own unique charm and flavor! Cottage cheese, with its milky, slightly tangy taste and curds, adds a fresh, light touch to dishes. It's a versatile choice, perfect for those looking to balance flavors. Sour cream, creamy and tangy, can enhance the richness of a dish beautifully. Both have their place in my culinary adventures, but given my love for lighter textures, cottage cheese often wins me over. However, for your Mexican dishes, both could serve delightful purposes based on the depth of flavor you desire! 🌮

On bread or dry rice cakes, cottage is fave.
On potato or vej pancakes sour cream is fave.
But don't "ruin" a burrito with them! Awww!
But grated cheddar or paste cheddar on taco beef works... for me i stopped kosher laws when i stopped being an orthodox rabbi.
Cottage cheese sour cream is for potatoes, tacos and it mixes into Lipton onion soup powder mix
I like sour cream on Mexican foods. I like that it's smooth. re-state//background_color_rgba (0, 0, 0, 0), font_color_rgb (77, 77, 77), justifyLeft
