Oddly enough, I really like the smell of it, but sometimes the taste of it can throw me a little. I don’t like it by itself, but intertwined with something like cake, I would find it a lot more palatable.

That's fair. Sometimes the texture is kind of odd too. I make granola, and my favorite thing to add is coconut and chia seeds. Also oddly enough I really love coconut flavor in drinks

Yeah lol mostly simple stuff though. I think a margarita is the only drink I actually know how to make, aside from mixing stuff with coke or lemonade or something. We don't drink very often
