Baked, grilled, sautéed.. the less grease the better
Baked, even grilling gets old. Not a big fan of fried, except chicken fried steak.

Porkchop with toasted fat and or soft Porkchop sweet and salty? Lechong kawali, similar to Porkchop! Fried chicken, favorite of generations! Onion rings! Calamari! Hot Shots! Chicken strips! <3 :)

Microwaved. Which is to say boiled.
