Chilli can be made from either but I reckon most make it with mince (ground) beef because it's cheaper.

Generally I'll use mince for a quick tomato based one but chunks for a slow beer based one.

I've seen some people in my life eat snacks to a movie without drinking anything... that's crazy to me.😅

Most people (hopefully) know how to cook and don't need instructions on how to boil an egg or fry a steak. Similarly, we've all got recipes we've done so many times they're etched into memory or ones so flexible they're hard to get wrong.

But how often do you follow brand new recipe from a book or website?

In the UK, today is known as "The glorious 12th" to mark the start of grouse shooting season. That said it's rare to see grouse in mainstream shops and unless you have a traditional butcher or farmers market nearby they can be hard to source. You can get both red and black grouse.
