They usually use poor quality cocoa in most chocolate ice creams. And there are many flavors that you can choose next to vanilla. You can't do that with chocolate ice creams because the heavy aroma of chocolate usually suppresses other flavors.

Vanilla if I have to pick just one (even though I like both). Though I usually wind up adding more toppings to vanilla ice cream: cookies, chocolate syrup, nuts, peanut butter, sprinkles... makes it taste better :)

there are no chocolate cows. milk is creamy and add a little vanilla and freeze it up, and ya get the only flavor there should be.
why calves are not eating ice cream is beyond me...
